Content Creator (SMM)

To strengthen our brand awareness through engaging content across various digital platforms, we are looking for a talented Content Creator who is passionate about storytelling and willing to dive into the world of financial markets as a part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- research financial industry-related topics
- initiate, generate (articles and posts), and publish content that resonates with the target audience utilizing various tools, including Google Analytics, and emerging AI solutions
- guide the creation of graphics, videos, and other multimedia content to enhance our online presence
- research digital media trends and best practices and incorporate them into content strategies and tactics to ensure the content remains relevant and competitive
- collaborate with other departments, such as design and product development teams, to develop content strategies that align with brand standards and product offerings
- manage and maintain relationships with external vendors such as photographers, videographers, targetologist
- monitor and analyze the performance of content, and adjust strategies as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail
- strong writing and editing skills (in English and Ukrainian) and the ability to convey complex financial concepts in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner
- ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- readiness to adopt a variety of tools and technologies to enhance content creation and marketing strategies
- a collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute ideas and insights to our marketing efforts
- familiarity with social media platforms and their respective audiences is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree (or last year student) in finance/economics, marketing/communications/journalism, etc.
