Financial Analyst

We are looking for Financial Analyst with 2-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate has excellent analytical skills and an outstanding work ethic.

Prepare regular financial reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) and dashboards for senior management to provide valuable insights into the financial performance of portfolio projects and companies
Create financial models to assess the potential impact of M&A transactions on the company’s financial statements
Contribute to the valuation of portfolio projects and companies using various methodologies such as discounted cash flow (DCF), multiple analysis
Communicate financial information to key stakeholders and investors
Assess the potential synergies between portfolio projects and companies and the existing business
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives

Strong academic credentials in finance, economics — Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree
CFA is a plus
Deep understanding of financial reporting and analysis
Experience in evaluating companies from the IT / Financial sectors, IP due diligence
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle the dynamic environment
Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel
Above-average proficiency in English
Previous work experience of between 2-3 years
